As Founder and CEO of Diverse Conversations, Reinet is passionate about creating meaningful employment opportunities for young South Africans. With strong expertise in facilitation and accredited learnerships, she drives the company’s mission to develop talent, transform businesses, and foster an inclusive, results-driven economy.
Kirsten Redman-Vira
Operations Director & Lead Facilitator
Qualified and experienced training facilitator, assessor, and moderator with close to a decade in the Pharma/MedTech industry. Specialising in pharmacology, clinical immunology, CVD, and neuroscience, with a strong interest in public health. Skilled in training, development, and healthcare education, I bring a background rooted in science to empower teams in delivering impactful, evidence-based healthcare solutions.
Audrey Nkuna
Program Manager & Lead Facilitator
Dynamic Program Manager and Lead Facilitator at Diverse Conversations with expertise in strategic program oversight and inclusive facilitation, backed by qualifications in Economics, Education, and Health Product Sales Representation. I lead the office supervisor program from planning to evaluation, while also managing stakeholder engagement, digital marketing, administration, and quality assurance to ensure impactful learning and client satisfaction.
Tyra Redman
Solutions Manager
As our resident problem solver, Tyra is an invaluable part of the Diverse Conversations Core Team. With a Master’s in Architecture, a strong background in artistic and graphic design, and a talent for thinking creatively under pressure, she is our go-to for tackling complex challenges. Her meticulous attention to detail, passion for finding practical solutions, and commitment to making things work ensure that every project runs smoothly and effectively.
Mena Manzambi
Digital Assistant
Mena Manzambi holds an Honours degree in Biochemistry (cum laude) and is currently completing her Master’s in Applied Data Science at the University of Johannesburg. At Diverse Conversations, she makes use of her creativity to drive digital engagements, supports LMS admin, course setup, learner onboarding, and provides general IT and operational support across programmes.
