Our Team
As the founder and CEO of Diverse Conversations, Reinet started Diverse Conversations in 2005 and grew it to become a team venture in 2014.
Reinet’s experience in the healthcare industry and learning and development makes her uniquely suited to navigating the field of implementing learnerships and graduate development programs within the healthcare industry.
Reinet’s experience over the last 12 years in group facilitation of learning interventions, training of facilitators and assessors, co-ordinating and project management of learnership and graduate development programs and coaching of individuals has made her an ideal learning and development consultant.
Kirsten has been with Diverse Conversations since 2017, as one of our training facilitators, assessors, and a member of our management team
as the Operations Director. Kirsten is a qualified medical sales representative and subject matter expert in all things relating to the medical sales representative learnerships. She currently leads the implementation team for the medical sales representative learnerships and is a focused and dedicated point of contact for learners and managers alike.
Kirsten is passionate about active learning, and seeing learning being put into action, hence the phrase “let your learning lead to results!”
Audrey Nkuna is the Diverse Conversations Junior Manager responsible for all digital publishing and virtual administrative assistance. From managing our social media platforms to event planning, blog writing, facilitating, assessing and technical support.
Audrey is a self-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity which always leads to her productivity. She holds a BCom Honors in Economics as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Audrey is a results-orientated individual who believes in working smart to inspire business success.
Inspired by our Slogan “Where learning leads to results”, Audrey has gone a step further as a participant of the YES (Youth Employment Services) program, adding further to her value. With her ability to be flexible, her talent to work well under pressure and her can-do attitude, Audrey is an appreciated critical member of the team.
Tyra Redman is the Diverse Conversations Junior Digital Manager responsible for all things IT. From building our course work to writing our blog posts, and keeping up to date with our social media marketing.
Tyra is a diverse and easygoing character that always looks for solutions. Tyra is also responsible for ensuring the best user experience and works quickly to correct any IT issues that may arise.

Candice has experience in delivering CPD ethics talks at conferences. Her greatest passion is to provide the medical fraternity with relevant and engaging ethics content that will both educate and inspire.
Before focusing on ethics, Candice co-founded a digital marketing agency, Phatic Communications, and is interested in new technologies that both improve medical outcomes as well as medical communications.
Candice was selected for the first cohort of FUTURE FEMALES in 2018, beating out over 450 other applicants globally with her new business concept.
Candice holds two Master’s Degrees and her Master’s research centered in human genetics studied novel genetic mutations in South African cystic fibrosis patients and her Masters in applied bioethics reflected on the question: “Who owns your genetic material?”
Luella Naidoo has over 15 years experience within the devices and pharmaceutical sectors (both Ethical and Generics).
She is an astute social entrepreneur and passionate about empowerment, skills development and creating value and impacting empowerment and financial inclusion for all entrepreneurs.
She has dedicated most of her work to supporting the empowerment of youth graduates and people with special needs through job creation mentoring coaching and training
Luella is a trailblazer and creating value in the business sector she influences is what sets this highly driven visionary on a trajectory to build bridges, support social cohesion, influence job creation and offer high impact problem solving solutions especially in skills development.
Her advocacy using entrepreneurship to support interventions in the treatment and management of HIV sectors is what drives her passion. She spent 10 years working in the HIV arena in diverse roles within the pharmaceutical industry ranging from sales rep, sales manager, product manager, sales, marketing and business management
This philanthropist Mom and Social Entrepreneur is very much the captain steering Jezriel Craig Holdings. Through her astute leadership and mentoring she is able to transform, empower and drive sustainable business solutions to enable her network to to reach their professional, personal and economic goals.
JCH places a strong emphasis on creating sustainable value driven partnership with clients and candidates in assisting them to fulfill their recruitment needs successfully. The key focus of the business is bridging the gap between having a degree and gaining work place experience.

Having two undergraduate degrees and being equipped with a Masters in Business Leadership, Luella is highly purpose driven. She is destined to create a significant shift in supporting skills development and advocacy work.
Frieda has been in the pharmaceutical arena for around thirty years, progressing from sales to product manager and from there to marketing manager.
As such, Frieda has a thorough understanding of this market segment and how it works. From training the new medical sales representatives to the B Admin students and the marketing students, Frieda has been there and got the t-shirt!
Frieda has also studied marketing and psychology, and has an understanding of how consumers and customers tend to think. In short, when Frieda has the opportunity to share her knowledge, her passion and insight and, she truly enjoys it.
Issie holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Nursing, as well as an IMM Marketing Certificate (Damelin) and International Marketing Certificate
from the University of Singapore. She entered the pharmaceutical industry in 1981 as a Medical Representative in the private sector.
She progressed via Hospital Representative, gained line management experience and became Product Manager for external marketing and PR in managed healthcare. After spending 8 months in managed healthcare, she was appointed as Marketing Director in the pharmaceutical sector.
Issie has done several courses in sales, marketing, motivation, counselling as well as general management. She is an accredited coach, assessor and moderator.
Martie joined the team as Accreditation Specialist and Skills Development Facilitator
Martie is passionate in ensuring that quality accredited training is provided.
She has many years of experience in the field of Training and Education. Her biggest career achievement was to be the Campus Manager of a Private FET College for twelve years. During her time as Campus Manager, she saw young peoples’ dreams become true through working hard in achieving their academic goals.
